About Running
One of the first things you should know when you decide to start running, the pain is more sooner or later will make an appearance, and this is inevitable, but suffering that pain is optional, each which has to decide if you are willing to endure, and not all are physically and especially mentally to do so.
Running is great for health, both physically and mentally, but who has not ever done, has to be avoided, especially at first, too much euphoria (the junction of the rookie running back), who mistakenly try to drive you travel more miles than the body can withstand. The body always need an adjustment period. This is the same, if one on their first date, is intended only to permanent obsession with the girl sleeping on duty, is very well to be ambitious, but it is often better to go slowly and slowly, then best results, so quiet kid that there are more days!, then running, as it happens.
If you are an amateur runner (like most of those who go to sports parks, street circuits and surrounding cities), those who seek a healthy life and keep the body and head shape, should not importarte at all, those who run faster than you, and you advance in the race. Some even with an air of cockiness (fortunately less) what I think are pathetic!
Remember, do not compete against anyone, and in any case, you're a motivation that stimulates you, do it against yourself and try to improve yourself every day.
When you run depends on the state of your muscles, so always make sure that treat them well, as gently as possible, you should worry about, and occasionally speak with love, thank you for sure (they too have their sweetheart!), and you too will be thankful to them, so you'll never stop lying (cramps, stiffness, contractures ....)
