The Personal Marketing, a tool to achieve your career goals
Marketing is much talk in every corner, both in business and in the training, but actually many are wondering what is marketing.
According to Philip Kotler, is a social and administrative process by which individuals satisfy their needs by creating and exchanging goods and services. With the main objective to get something you want the other person to provide a fee in return.
And the marketing staff?
Marketing is a variant, but applied only to persons.
If we stop a moment to think about the Marketing staff as a process, what comes to mind the ultimate goal of marketing, satisfaction of needs.
